What GCSE grades are necessary to get into Imperial College?

Can I still get into college if I don't get a C in maths GCSE?

  • Maths is very difficult for me. Last month, I had my first maths GCSE exam on probability and statistics. I got a tutor to help me revise for my exam and I improved by going up from a Grade E to a D. I'm predicted a 'C' overall, but I'm having doubts. I have planned to go to college next year to study A-Level English Literature and a Diploma in fashion to become a fashion journalist. I need 5 A*-C grades to study the courses. I'm excellent at every other subject and I'm always getting A's or B's. Maths is the only downfall for me. Is it possible to still get into college if I get below a C in maths?

  • Answer:

Depending on what subject A levels you want to do. But my best advice would be to try and get a C atleast. Don't worry we all have our weaknesses. Best of luck
