Are justbeats overhead earphones good?

My beats earphones stopped working - possibly due to the weather?

• I was walking home from school the other week and it was really bad weather, it didn't rain but it was really windy and hailstoning, I had my umberella up but it just kept flying everywhere so i had to put it down. Anyways, i was listening to my Dr Dre in ear beats headphones, the justbeats ones (purple ones, they're by Justin Bieber) and a few minutes after the hailstone stopped they suddenly just stopped playing my music.. I emailed the shop i bought them from and Monster - the manufactuer, with no reply after weeks of waiting so today I rang Monster but they were closed. What I want to know is do you think they will replace them? I'm not sure if the problem is weather related or they were just faulty, but if they see that there's water damage they will think i dropped them in water or something but I didn't, if I explain that it was because of the hailstone do you think they will replace them or give me a refund? ps. I think the earphones were limited edition just for Christmas because they've been discontinued now. Oh and I got them from Justin Bieber's official site, so they're obviously authentic. + please don't lecture me about how sh#t beats are because I realise now that they're over-rated and if they do replace them I plan on selling them. :) + also don't hate on Bieber ;) Thankyou!

  hi it is very likely you will get a replacemeent as i had a pair of white studio and they stopped working and they gave me a brand new pair all in the box and sealed . also if you are planing to sell your beats ask monster if you can upgrade your beats because my friend had the studio's like me and they upgraded them to the beats pro. monster really do care about customer service if you called they after 5 pm they are closed . hope this helped
