How to change defense (3-4 to 4-3 defense) in madden 12?

I want to switch the Bills from a 3-4 defense to a 4-3 defense. Thanks in advance!

Well on the screen just before entering a game, open the option menu and change the Bills' defensive playbook to the playbook called "4-3" or to a team's playbook that runs the 4-3, Cleveland for example runs a 4-3 as their base defense
