How do you get a six pack?

How to get a six pack? I mean, am I doing the things right?

  • Okay so I don't know my body fat % but I know that I'm about 5'3 and 100 pounds and I don't fell my body softy. I started to make 50-100 situps and my abs started to get visible in almost a month but then i reduced the amount to 30 situps in one day yes and the other day no because i heard that it stunted your growth if you did more than that and also heard that having a six pack for a 14 year old also stunted your growth. So my real question is does having a six pack/making more than 30 situps stunted your growth? I also wanted to know my body fat percanatge and how many situps i need to do to make a six pack easily visible in like about a month? I mean my abs are visible but depending on the lightning area. Another ? about arms muscles: I do at least 15 crunches a day and sometimes 100 and got some arm muscles but they are not as hard as a wall but also not softy, so how many crunches do i need to make a day to make my arms more shaped and stronger? More details: I do at least 30 minutes, sometimes 45 and rarely an hour of cardio everyday mostly walking, biking or dancing. Please I want a good answer okay?     by crunches do you mean pushups? because crunches are for your abs not your arms :P If you want a six pack try doing some new exercises. there plenty on the internet. By mixing up your routine it will give your muscles a new challenge and will encourage growth (change about every 4 weeks either weight, exercise etc). Cardio is also very important part of having 6 pack abs. 30 minutes a day is good but try to throw in some hard exercise that makes you sweat. I would suggest playing a sport with friends since it would be more enjoyable. Unless you want to run hard by yourself it all depends. Diet is also important for abs. a good diet is also important. (I mean like a healthy one. I'm not saying don't have mcdonalds or kfc but certainly don't live off the stuff)
