Is this normal when muscles twitches all over my body?

Can i get a six pack and large upper body muscles at the same time?

  • i've been working on my abs and upper body muscles for a couple of months now. I work on my abs, biceps, triceps and forearms one day. then i work my chest shoulders and back the next and so on continuing day in day out. although i have seen some improvements, i cannot seem to define my abs. I've been told to eat regular meals and eat foods with protein in for my upper body muscles, but at the same time i am being told to cut down on the amount i eat and do more cardiovascular fitness to reduce the amount of body fat to define my abs. I am confused on how to combine the two as i want to have large upper body muscles, as well as having defined abs. what should i do?

    well what i do to get abs and upper body is: pull ups 10-25 leg lifts for about 10 seconds- 1 minute push ups 50 then repeat sit ups 80-150 1 mile run
