What are some defonate signs of getting close to havin your period?

    Well I normally get a pain in my breasts which means I'm near my period, I also crave junk food and feel very bloated! A discharge is normally another sign and tummy pain

Well im also 14 and just got my first period 2 months ago. Everyone's different but i had no obvious signs. Emotional (cried over Pocahontas) the week before and i spotted 1 day stopped the next then started the day after that. Usually your first period you don't get any symptoms before hand.

My nipples get sore the week before I also cramp on and off before. Sore swollen breasts sometimes. The day before I start I get a light brown spotting discharge also. They are my signs but there are many more! I don't get mood swings or moody but that's common as of bloating
