How do I combine identical albums on iTunes?

Why aren't there more LP albums on iTunes?

• I'm a hard rock nut, and it seems like iTunes has a fairly limited selection of LP albums. My favorite bands (Bon Jovi, U2, Led Zeppelin, and Van Halen) don't have a single one. I really like the demo tracks and live performances that are featured on these LP albums. It seems strange that Pink Floyd has an LP version of just about every single album on iTunes. I like Pink Floyd and I have a lot of respect for them, but they are just too dark and depressing for me. Could someone please explain the lack of LP albums in general and the excess of Pink Floyd LP albums on iTunes? Thanks!

  Itunes LP are nothing special, all it is, is that you can look at the booklet sleeve on your ipod or w/e device. Its is only avaiable with certain bands because its new and probably some copyright sh!t. The demo and live performances are on the Remastered cd not LP. I can't speak for Jovi, U2, or Van Halen, but if you want live and demo zeppelin get How the West Was Won, Song Reamins The Same, and BBC Recordings.
