Is this a fake Epiphone guitar?

• Spotted this on Ebay and I believe this could be a possible fake Tom Delonge Epiphone 333. I've asked the seller and he seems to be 100% sure it is authentic. I either think he's lying to get money for this, or he's just not knowledgeable enough. Can someone back this up for me?   If the logo on the headstock doesn't match then it's a knockoff. There are to many fraudulent sellers on Ebay, that will try passing an item off as the real thing. It could be a case of the seller doesn't know what they have. But I have a hard time buying that. Check to see if they have any type of a negative rating or feedback, from past sales, that can tell you a great deal.
