Help! what's this song called? who sings it? ?

  • What's the name of this song?! please help. ? Ok so I went to a dance a week ago & this song came on and its been in my head ever since. I don't know what the song is called but every so often this girl singing says something along the lines of, "dun dun dun a dun dun dun WHOOP!" Its a techno song I'm pretty sure. Its really catchy & it would make my day if someone knows the name of this song! I thought it sounded like rihanna or something ? The song has lyrics besides that part but I can't recall what they are either. The only part I remember is the WHOOP! Part! Please help! :
