How can I get a job after business degree?

• Basically Im running out of options and my exams are next semester. I am graduating with a degree in business administration with good grades and letters of recommendation. Hopefully I can find a good job and be a manager of a company sometime in my life. But the outlook is pretty bad for me considering that I tried everything to get a job. I even slept with people and still...nothing at all. I know that engineering graduates get jobs and they even start their own businesses on the side for extra income. I never understood how thu do this without any formal business education. They just have the skills and talent I guess. I really need help because I'm doing something wrong here and I'm not sure what it is. I'm popular, muscular and athletic with a strong focus on self improvement and perfectionism. I try to be perfect in life. I'm not sure what I can do at all thee days and I'm scared about my future? I have debt in the bank and I don't want to pay it off. If I declared bankruptcy, I will be I bad shape and not able to find a wide or a job at McDonald's. I'm really stuck here and indeed some input about what to do and what I'm doing wrong? I dot understand how others got full time job offers but not me. Please help, thanks. My friend won't even help me and I probably have to work at best buy or some fast food restaurant all my life. I had an interview to sell cars and vacuum cleaners but they isn't accept me. I wanted to sleep and get my job but they didn't take my order. I even grabbed the HR manager and asked him to dinner and gave him a wink hoping that he'd get the message. Ive been taught how to sell myself in business school but Im having problems? I even paid money for them to teach me this and it's not working? I should have studied aerospace engineering or some other field like nursing because then I'd be employees like other people who have normal lives. What can I do ? Please help me
