Starbucks interview thursday?

Who do I talk to when I go in for an interview at Starbucks? URGENT?

• When I go in am I supposed to just go up to the counter and ask for the manager and then tell them that I am there for an interview? If the manager is busy with another interview when I get there, do I just tell the person at the counter that I am there for the interview? Has anyone gone into a Starbucks for an interview that could tell me what they did? I have anxiety about this kind of stuff. :/

  first of all take a deep breath and relax! it's not as bad as you think :) I too suffer from bad anxiety about situations such as this. I recently got hired at starbucks and this is what it was like. I walked in and went straight up to the counter and told the first employee that greeted me that I was here for an interview. They then will probably ask you if you would like a drink. Take it!! its free. I would just ask for something simple like a grande iced green tea or a tall vanilla latte. Wait for your drink at the bar thank them and take a seat somewhere. Soon the manager will sit down with you and start the interview. Be relaxed and friendly. With the questions he or she asks try to focus on the fact that you are interested in a job at Starbucks because it is a great company that offers benefits to employees. Also focus on the fact that you love working with customers and customer service is something you enjoy. Maybe talk about how you would love having regular customers coming in every day and making the experience great for them because trust me, working at starbucks you will see TONS of regulars! Overall just be yourself, be VERY friendly, and smile abundantly :) Hope this helps good luck!!
