Can someone interpret my dream?

Can someone help me interpret this dream?

• Ok so I don't normally try to interpret my dreams until today when I randomly looked up "seeing a canary in your dream interpretation" and found a bunch of results. So I thought I'd try and interpret this dream and was wondering if anyone could help me out? Ok, so all I remember was looking outside my bedroom window and seeing a tree with a low branch. On that branch was a huge nest filled with young canaries flying in and out of it. I remember feeling really happy and excited in the dream. (I love birds but I don't have a tree right in front of my window) I watched them for awhile and then decided to go outside and get closer. When I went outside, I was all of a sudden holding one of the canaries in a cage. When I looked again, the cat that lives in my backyard was standing inside the (large) cage. When I lifted the cage a little, the cat looked up an saw the canary and immedietly put it in his mouth. I was horrified and started shaking the cage thinking maybe he would spit it out. I chased him possibly kicking him and at some point was pretty sure he had spit it out. I looked around the grass cringing in anticipation of seeing the mangeled bird but never found it. I don't remember anything after that, but does anyone see any meaning there? I dunno...it's just for fun I guess so yeah lemme know!!
