Where can i buy a good cheap gaming pc?

I have a budget of $700. I'm looking for a pc that has at least a quad core processor, 4gb ram, and a 1gb graphics card. I don't want to create my own from alienware, hp, or dell. Are there any kind of unknown pc brands that have cheap but powerful pcs?
