Ps3 data transfer help please?

Hi guys I have a jailbroken ps3 with hacked call of duty patches on it I kno if I start hosting I will get a ban but I have a updated ps3 how do I data transfer my files to my unjailbroken ps3 so I can host without getting banned I tried to data transfer my files but I can't because they are on different firmwares it says both ps3's must be up to date to data transfer

get an ethernet cable, go to data utility transfer in system settings. look it up on youtube.
