My Xbox live constantly disconnects?

My xbox disconnects from xbox live every 12 hrs?

My 360S disconnects from xbox live at 2:19 am and 2:19 pm it says I can't connect to xbox live. When it disconnects me I get the little pop up that says disconnected from xbox live followed by you must be signed in to play Xbox LIVE matches. Anyone got any ideas? before you say reset your router I have two different ones (SMCwbr145-n4_ap ccr) and (Linksys WRT300N) and the same thing occurred with both I have even changed the channel for my wireless and the same thing happen. before daylight saving it was happening at 12:20 . during this time none of my computers lose connection to the internet and neither does my kids WII . the timer is not set on the xbox, I've run the self test and everything passes except xbox live for about 3 Min's then it is up and running. what is the problem????
