Facebook account cleared up after logging in from phone HELP?

Hi, I frequently use my mobile (Huawei U8300 with android system with a built-in facebook app) to send photos to my facebook profile. I never had any problems with logging in, checking the wall etc. However, when I last logged in from my phone to post a photo (on Sat, two days ago), the app started showing me some "news features", "did you know" blah blah kind of stuff. I thought it a bit quirk but ignored it. Next thing I know, I log into my facebook account today, this time from the computer - everything is gone! It looks as if I had deleted my account, only I did NOT. I don't know what has happened, but I have a completely empty profile now, with no friends, no data, nothing. This is a very distressing situation as I need my fb account for my job. I have already sent fb a message and applied for a "facebook archive" but am afraid they're just going to think my profile was empty and there is no archive to send me. Can you please help me in any way, be it providing an address to someone whom I could seek help at... would be very obliged. Regards, P.
