How to find someones activity on internet?

• I don't have access to persons computer, I'm not interested in reading their emails ( actually I am but I don't want to do anything illegal) . Someone told me late last year that they speak about me on the internet but doesn't mention names, knowing this person as well as I do this person has mentioned my name many times. Am I able to find what groups this person has connected to ( I know there is a parenting and depression group) just there are so many of those. How to find someones activity on internet?

  You desire access to information that you aren't allowed you view, that in itself is illegal. I recommend you focus on sorting your own life out and stop caring what other people say about you 'behind your back' because you will encounter MANY and I mean MANY people who will do this in your lifetime, and you can't resolve the issue by stalking them and trying to find out what they are trying to keep private. If this type of behaviour was allowed, how would you like it if I hired an organisation/ hacked into your PC and stole your credit card information but claim its not for 'illegal' purposes. Regain your common sense and man/ woman up!
