Why won't my enter key work in MSN?

Msn errors: blocked account?

• I haven't been able to sign into my msn account, for a few days now. I've been getting an error code 800488fb. When I click on the link to solve the problem, it directs me to a page where I need to enter my mobile number. However, when I enter it, it says that it's incorrect, I'm definite it's on the right country. I've tried deleting msn off my computer, to redownload, but it says i need permission. I've also tried signing on with other msn accounts, but this doesn't work either. Either does creating new ones, have also tried ebuddy. Was just wondering if anyone has had this error code before, or problem, and what they did to fix it? or if anyone has any ideas as to how to fix it? thankyou so much, guys! lauren

  Hello, As you said above your having some problums with MSN. Here's some surgested problums: * If you don't use your account within a month MSN have SHUT IT DOWN(I don't know why?) * MSN has been down? * Log to to your hotmail account and see if it's working and if that's shut down your Windows Live account is gone.
