How will i make a edited video in YouTube?

Youtube help? video response?:)?

  • So, I'm going to enter a contest on youtube and in the rules it says it has to be a video response. I don't want you to say 'go to write a comment then click upload' or whatever it says, I want to know if I edit my video and upload it to my channel as normal, can I then go to the video I have to post the response to and make the edited video I uploaded as a response? Please help!:')

    Alright, this may be a little confusing but I'll try my best. Bear with me, here. 1) Go to YouTube. (obviously) 2) Go to the video you want to leave a video response on. 3) Scroll down to the comment section & click in the box that says "Respond to this video...." (Don't type anything.) 4) A hyperlink should appear underneath the white box to the right that says "Create a video response" click on it. 5) There should be another white box around the center of the page that says "Select the video you want to respond with:" 6) Click on the title of the video you want to leave as a response and then click "Use the selected video" Good Luck!
