Can you monetize youtube videos that are video game montages?

So I make montages on youtube from call of duty and Im also a partner. I was wondering if its allowed to put montages containing. Video game footage and uncopyrighted music? I was thinking it would be considered fair use since credit is given to the artist in the video and description. I see people post up montages that have ads On them but some of mine say they arent allowed to. Is there something specifically that you have to put in the box to describe your video that will make it get monetized. Or at least make it have a higher chance? Thanks.
