How can I unblock a contact from MSN?

My msn account has been blocked?

I tried to go onto my msn last night and it wouldn't sign me in, it redirected me to a page where it said that an unusual amount of activity had happened but the recent activity was myself adding my friends? It said that to unblock my account i had to enter a code and that it would send it to a contact i had selected, but the contacts email that it has sent it to doesn't exist anymore so i can't recieve my code to unblock my account. there is a drop down box but the only one that is there is the email address which doesn't exist anymore and i can't enter a new one, if you can help me then this would make things so much easier for myself as there is emails i havn't read that are important and i also use this to keep in touch with friends
