Why is my tongue piercing sore?
-
i got my tongue pierced about 2 months and a bit and its randomly painful. it healed fine in about 2 weeks but yesterday and today there is like a swollen circle around it and its quite painful. The whole tongue itself isnt swollen just around the piercing. is it just irritated with playing with it too much..if so should i take it out and do a salt rinse and put it back in or what?

Answer:
Ummmm maybe because some guy that probably just got prison stuck a needle into your mouth that was used by at least 30 other people, then stuck some random piece of metal into a very sensitive part of your body??? I seriously don't understand why people do this to themselves....

DO NOT remove it it will being to heal IMMEDIATELY and cause irritation, leave it in you probably just knocked it and swill your mouth after every meal with sea salt and warm water for the next couple of weeks it should be fine :)
