Try Olay Professional Pro-X Advanced Cleansing System. I have it and its really good to dig out all the make up that we put on our skin. I agree with the others in the you should drink lots of water too. Eating healthy is also very important also. You also might want to give Almay a try. It a tint and not as heavy as regualr foundation. If you have no pimples then you shouldnt wear your make up heavy anyways. I wouldnt stay away from sun block either only beacuse you can develop sun damage on your skin over time.

Exercise this sounds weird but really it related, eat healthy don't starve yourself have a healthy diet it helps your cells, sleep well get a good amount of sleep when you sleep your skin heals, wash it everyday be gentle to your face wash twice a day not 6. but 2 times and your getting better! Go to nature! The sun gives off vitamin d which is good for your skin. So you can spend sometime in the sun and your helping your skin!

You need to avoid caking the make up on at all costs. No vitamins will get to your skin which is essential to a flawless complexion. Use an SPF foundation that is light on the skin, I use Bare Escentuals I.D foundation in matte which is perfect for a light coverage, it looks like you are wearing no make up but gives you an even tone. It's also good for tanned skin & if you get their powder "warmth" to put on top it looks amazing in summer. You also need to make sure you have a regular routine that you stick to to ensure not having to wear make up through the day whilst keeping your skin looking fresh. I exfoliate once or twice a week depending on how dry my skin is that week (any more than this is bad for your skin) I also make sure my skin is completely clean before going to bed by cleansing and toning (Liz Earle products are best for this) to make sure nothing gets stuck in pores. Maybe once a week or every two weeks use a honey based face mask (home made or bought but avoid cheap and nasty products) Liz Earle does a manuka and honey bottle at £13 but it's lasted me longer than 8 months. Use a night and day moisturiser before bed & when you wake up after washing your face. Drink lots of fruit smoothies or eat lots of fruit. KEEP HYDRATED!!!! Drink lots of water, whenever I miss my water intake my skin looks duller and bags under my eyes are bigger! It seems like a lot but it's worth the effort and there is no quick fix or other way around it, you just have to be prepared to put the work in. Good luck :)

Have the perfect diet. I.e, drink loads of water, eat lots of fruit + veg, don't eat fat/carbohydrates too much... etc. Your skin is kind of the one organ which shows your health to everyone. Of course bad skin is also hereditary (thanks to my parents I have crap skin) but eating well will help to clear it up. One thing you need to do, and I think you already have started to do, is stop wearing makeup. I mean none at all. Just moisturise after washing your face in the morning & night, and don't touch it during the day (your fingers have all sorts of bacteria on them). Unfortunately, those people with perfect skin are just lucky - it is in their genes.
