Do you think fractions are useful?

I think I failed a math links test. What do you think?

• I'm in middle school,and we have this math links test on the computer. Basically,this thing has Elementary stuff like area and fractions. The thing is I forgot all about area and forgot certain things about fractions. I'm pretty sure I didn't get a very positive grade on them. They don't affect our actual grades or anything,but I'm still worried that this may affect on how teachers from high school see me. I don't want them to think of me as an idiot or put me in a class lower than normal classes. I asked my teacher,and he basically said it doesn't affect my chanced of failing. I get pretty positive grades I have straight As in all of my classes except for math where I get high Bs (90s and stuff) (I have a different grading system 93-100 is an A and 85-92 for a B) I'm in the average classes (ones under the advance ones) I think I'm being paranoid -_- ,but yah they're called math link tests.
