Any tips or advice for someone wanting to start a drill team at school?

When I say drill team I don't mean a dance team. my high school has dance company, dance production and a JV and Varsity cheer team so by drill team I mean more along the lines of jrotc/military style with music http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LY4zgTCW8Sk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uXoNlqb5XOE&feature=related ( neither of the schools in these videos are my school ) I don't have any serious drill team experience but I think a drill team would be a nice tradition to bring back to my school since we used to have one YEEEEEARS ago :)
