What happens if he goes out past cerfew for an interview? (probation )?

Currently my boyfriend is on leval 3 probation he just found out last night he has an interview for over nights tonight at 1030 witch is past his cerfew... he has been unemployed for a year now and were about to lose our apartment if he can't get a job... so this interview is extremely important... will he be violated for going to a job interview? Just don't want him to go back to jail...he called probation and left a message informing them of the interview and they didn't call back.... just a bad situation... jus wondering if they would work with him or jus violat him put him n jail and throw away the key soo scared

Usually if you tell the probation officer about being out after curfew hell allow it if its for work or educational purposes.

I hope he gets the job!!!! do not worry, everything will be fine....it shows alot of integrity to call the PO before leaving.....although usually not a good thing to break curfew, the judge needs his money too......i hope he didn't have a bracelet on......that would not be good....

if they didnt call back then i would think its ok. i am on probation also and i have learned that if they had a problem with it they would have called so dont worry about it. he should be fine.
