What happens when you miss your court date?

My boyfriend missed his court date today in the morning. He was arrested for DUI last year though im not pretty sure if it was a DUI court date (today that he was supposed to go to) because he has a whole lot of list of dates that he has to attend court of..i tried calling the court's concierge for information and they said he might get a bench warrant for it or i can wait till the next day to find out what the judge have given him for not being present. Whatever it is, i dont want him going to jail again =( and i need help of what is the best thing to do about this matter, im hoping he could reschedule a new court date...Thank You in advance:)

If you do that and are on parole, and you live in Colorado or Hawaii, then Dog The Bounty Hunter comes after you. However, get this sorted out IMMEDIATLEY, otherwise he could be sentenced for longer, or fined more. Go check in with your court, police, or judge quickly, hope I helped.
