How to heal nose scrape faster?

What is the best way to heal these scrapes?

• Hey there! I fell down a flight of steps while travelling during spring break and I have a few scrapes left from the fall, alongside with some stitches. Please let me know the best way to heal each of these scrapes! Thanks! Scrape #1: Is the most unflattering scrape, haha. It is between my lips and nose and currently has dried pus on it so it doesn't look so great :( What's the best way to stop the pus? What should I put on it? Should I put a small bandage on it? Scrape #2: Is on my eyelid. Its making my eyelid puffy so its making one of my eyes look smaller than the other. It's not infected and I keep it covered. What can I do to reduce puffiness? Scrape #3: Is small, and on the side of my nose. It currently looks like dried blood, more like a scab. Should I leave it alone? Bonus: What's the best way to treat my stitches? Thanks so much guys!   Ok So As For: Scrape #1: try putting vaseline on the infected area and often take like a cold water bottle, or bag or something thats cold and keep it on there for 3-4 minutes like 4 times a day it will help it alot, also if you go to your local pharmacy ask for and ointment called "Bacitracin Zinc Ointment USP" It's a first aid antibiotic and i got mines from my local walgreens. Scrape#2: Eye Drops! or this jelly thing for inside your eyes i dont know what it's called but you should go get it checked by your doctor and he will recommend some medications for the puffiness Scrape #3:Put Vaseline or Bacitracin Zinc Ointment USP or Neosporin on it either ones would work . Bonus: Put Neosporin on it 3 times a day, and when your applying it dont use your fingers use a cotton swab.
