How can I treat my tendonitis?
-
I'm 19 years old and have tendonitis in both of my shoulders. It began with my left shoulder when I felt a "twang" while rock climbing. Then, because I could no longer use my left arm because of the pain, I got it in my right shoulder, because of over use of that arm. I started going to physical therapy but it was very expensive, so I am no longer going. It's been about 7 months and the pain is still there. I can use my arms now, but heavy lifting and lifting above my shoulders and head is very hard and painful. Could somebody please help me with some tips or some exercises I can do at home to heal? I don't want this to become permanent and there are things I want to do in my life that, if this continues, I may not be able to do.

Answer:
go and see a doctor, if it's bad enough they may be able to get you free theropy. If not, look online for maybe a video on youtube that shows you what to do and you can just do it at home.
