How long will it take to get into drama school?

I am planning to audition for drama college when im 18 for musical theatre. I understand it is a very competitive industry but i am more than willing to put in the hard work it requires. I would like to audition for the main drama colleges-mountview, Arts Ed, Guildhall, RADA etc I know it depends on the audition/talent but generally do people get into drama school on the first year of auditioning or will it take a few years to get into the major drama schools. Advice from people who have auditioned for drama school or are in drama school would be much appreciated Thank you :)
