Item Sold on Ebay, Want to cancel it and i didnt ship yet but i marked it as shipped?

I sold an sold an item on Ebay and then i bought a shipping label on paypal but my printer is not working so i void the label, but payal marked my item as shipped on ebay. Can i cancel it the transaction on ebay and and refund the money or should i refund the money on my paypal right now? help
Answer:

The buyer paid you for shipping. So just take the package to the post office and ship it from there. Why on earth would you want to cancel the transaction?

Yes you can cancel the transaction,but you have to give the buyer a refund first.You can mark and item that has been marked shipped; not shipped or the other way around. I have been selling on eBay for over a year. You can also reprint a label at no further charge.

You sold an item, you must ship it. Contact the buyer and tell them your label was bad. Get their address and ship privately UPS.
