Can I get an electrician apprenticeship in Canada on a working holiday visa?

I currently have a working holiday visa for Canada which expires late this year. I am in the process of renewing this same visa for an extra year. Can I get into electrician apprenticeship training in Canada on such a visa if I'm not a resident of Canada?

if it says working on visa - u can. u must write to college to accept u for course, then u can go. apprenticeship can be more difficult but u have to write to companies directly. offer them free labour just food lodging / transport
