Is there a place where i can get my stock car speakers to make them sound clear without buying a system?

The only thing you can TRY to make the speakers sound better is play with the audio settings on your radio. Other than that, the only way you can get clear sound is by buying new speakers and a new head unit. The stock speakers in most cars are garbage, anyways and even decent speakers aren't terribly expensive.

a couple options here you could swap the head unit for an upgrade but you will need a reverse wiring harness and likely a trim kit additionally. otherwise you can purchase a line out converter which will add preamp outputs to the stock head unit and purchase an amplifier to drive those stock speakers but be certain that they can handle the additional watts either way because you don't want to cook the voice coils. distortion is not pleasant and can result in complete speaker failure faster than you can react to drop the volume. it's up to you on which way you go but if the speakers are stock in your 95 honda they are not made of premium material and components so be cautious.

I've had good luck with changing the head unit. Quite often the speakers sound crappy because of the output on your factory deck. Replacing that will be a good start. I had amazing sound with a pioneer head unit with a built in time analyzer. Those factory speakers sounded great. The next step, add a subwoofer. It always sounds better with decent bass.
