Contacts which sync in blackberry with yahoo and gmail .?

i need to find out where are my blackberry sync my contacts in yahoo and gmail ? and how can i access my contacts in yahoo and gmail in after sync with BB ,, and now i have a problem which its look like i cant find all my contacts directly without going to the address book except from address book , in past i just find every body . ( already stop sync from email setting )
