What type of Statistical Analysis should I use?

I'm doing a statistical analysis of patients with urinary tract infections and I need help deciding what analysis method to use. I'm coding infection 0 = no and 1 = infection. My predictor variables are balloon size (which have 6 different sizes) and catheter size (which have 4 different sizes). I think I should use regression, but I could be wrong. So any help would be great, and especially specific information(like if it's a certain kind of regression or another method of analysis) OH yeah, I'm using the significance level of .05

You need to follow a given formula with statistics. It doesn't make sense to have catheters and predictors ,you have to go with one or the other. Also, what does regression have to do with anything?
