What is humanities & social sciences?

• Since i am still undecided about what want to major in, i applied to all schools as undecided (general studies), for the main school i want to go to I had to choose a concentration such as math, arts, health services. i chose humanities and social sciences without really knowing what it was, i got accepted. i'm most likely going to attend this school, so what are some courses i might be taking? here's a link to the site that kinda tells what it is: http://www.iup.edu/humanities/default.aspx

  Well, I unfortunately have to tell you that you aren't going to be making a lot of money as a social worker or from an arts/humanities major. If 'you don't what it was', how high do you place your chances at succeeding at that degree ??
