Do I need to secure my website?

Is it possible to get(pay the fee) a secure website and then place ads on it?

• where should i go so that i can get ads? i have a unique problem. i am moving to the states within a year and i don't want to get paid for the ads in my current country,though it doesn't affect the payment amount. i don't have a website yet so i need some 'secure' source where i can get .com domains. i checked adsense for ads and they wanted my address and they paid out within like 1-2 months so thats not what i want. also,i don't want to give away any info like credit card,bank account,street address,etc. before i move next year. though there is nothing wrong with doing it,i just dont want to do it right now. -so i need a source where i can get ads from(like adsense) but they pay out when i ask for and do not require my details(above mentioned ones) until i ask for the first pay. -so i plan to get website now and place ads,let the money pile up in my account but get them when i ask then for it,and to give away the personal details when i ask for the first payout. thank you very much. -Bella
