Can I be super intelligent?

Are black people literally, generally, less intelligent? (Serious question)?

• Sorry if this offends some people... But yes I do know that there are some EXTREMELY intelligent black people out there! Just had to say that... It just makes so much sense that black people are less intelligent. I mean humans keep developing, growing taller, different bone structure and most importantly becoming more intelligent. And it's said that Africans was the original type of human that we are and from Africans stemmed other races... And when Humanity develops we get more intelligent. Meaning that GENERALLY non Africans would be more intelligent because they are a more advanced form of human. Also, lots of black people at my school are SO stupid!!!! They act strictly on their impulses and they can't even put a sentence together. Finally, people always say it's because of where they grow up. But really that's another reason that black people are less intelligent. Their communites are usually almost completely on welfare, loads of people are doing drugs, fighting, having sex and being unhealthy... It's like they're savages!!!!!! Does anyone have any commentary? Please AGAIN!!!!! Not all black people! I know some SUPER smart super amazing black people!!!!!!<3

  I think the fact that you know some SUPER EXTREMELY smart black people, is enough to say that black people are not biologically doomed to ignorance. But to a slight degree I see your point, when I imagine myself in your position with your references of black culture historically and con temporarily being limited. I'll start off by telling you that American blacks are less similar to African blacks than most people realize. Slavery in America screwed people bad. And when I say bad, I mean really really bad. Most people are like "yeah yeah, I know slavery was rough" but I don't think most people realize what hundreds of years of oppression so severe can do to a population of people. The simplest effect I can refer to is that of diet. Ever wonder why black people seem to love them some chicken? Well for starters, chicken is pretty tasty, but it's also cheap. Other foods, especially the unhealthier parts of animals, were the average sustenance for most black families. We all know that lack of good brain food can slow you down, so imagine living off scraps like that, for generations! Blacks in America couldn't read, couldn't vote, couldn't own land, couldn't own themselves, their children; if a slave owner wanted to he could split up a marriage with no trouble at and no one could do jack squat. It was even common practice for a slave owner to breed their slaves. As in hook them up to make babies, and attacking the women was not rare. Certainly you must realize how detrimental this is for a culture. And it's not like Abe Lincoln came along and everything was lollipops and rainbows; blacks were ostracized, abused, rejected and terribly mistreated for a long time. Now you can look at other black civilizations in other places in the world. I am not going to say everything is the white man's fault, but I can tell you that most of those troubled communities you hear about on the news (if not all) can trace their history back recently, to traumas inflicted by colonists, and governments corrupted from the outside. Only recently was public racial segregation, discontinued in South Africa! There's a lot to be said for certain conflicts within the black community, and I'm certainly not an expert. I do know however that laziness, drug addiction, promiscuity and ignorance are a common thread through every single civilization on the planet. We are all born innately susceptible to all these hazards, but you mustn't disregard the disadvantages we inflict on ourselves, each other or the disadvantages inflicted by circumstance itself. Look at every person individually, and practically, and in doing so, you're always making the world a little less retarded.
