What do you know about African people and their culture?

Do you get surprised when people from other places know about your culture?

  • Cos all I keep hearing is "OMG, how do you know all this?" Sometimes I chat with people from different places and tell them things I know about their culture and they react like really surprised! So, do you also face such things or its just me who really knows a lot about all other countries :P ( At least my friends think so... I remember various nations flags and dances and music and stuff)

    Yes, I feel very surprised when I see that people from other countries also know about our culture. They are not from our country but after it they are interested in our culture and want to know about it. It makes me happy also. It is really a wonderful thing.

Yes i do get surprised when others know about our culture as I am Indian. Recently i saw in youtube a Chinese guy singing Hindi Song i.e., "Tuj mein rab dikta hai" song , i was so surprised . I get surprised but when i go search of history i feel it is common , bcoz may be they were living in such environment for many years so they know it.

When a kid at school spoke just like me and said he was from another country it made me proud to witness globalization. It's not important the way a person talks, but what they mean. It's just that it's new and amazing to see something so big in communication. I hope it's all for the best. All languages have their charm and there is a lot of good in mystery.
