What is the best way to say that I can't Sing? NEED AN ANSWER ASAP?

So this what happens... We have a project and you need to sing solo or by group. What I did is I joined a group randomly and that group chose 2 songs that I dont ******* know. When we were practicing I was trying to sing it but I cant Cuz I dont know that song. They were forcing me so what I did is joke around for a lot of hour.,.,., until its night time and I gotta go home. I really cant sing their song!!! But I dont what to say so they will understand that I dont know what we're gonna sing. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!

What's wrong with "I don't know that song"? They can either teach you the songs, have someone else sing them, or choose new songs. Right?

The next time you see your group sit them down and say to them, "I do not know this song." EXPLAIN to them you don't understand what is going on with the song. Just tell them, there is no "best way."
