How do i make a book cover?

I'm a member on inkpop.com (a writing site for ppl who want to be authors) and my book right now has a sucky cover lol. does anyone know how to make a cover to put on there??

I'm a member on Inkpop too. Here are some "solutions" 1) Ask someone on Deviantart who has expierience with book covers 2) Make your own from pictures from MorgueFile on Photoshop or any other painting/editing program 3) Use the ones the site offers 4) Draw your own I know those don't help much, but those are the "strategies" I use.
