Has anyone been to the castle of Amboise in France.How was it?

Can anyone help me I'm looking for castle finding sites in Ireland, trying to find my family castle?

I've been told by my father and his father that we have a family castle in ireland, maybe it's just nonsence but i would still like to check it out, any info you could give would be wonderful thank you.

Do a google search on your family name and the word castle... If that doesnt work try putting bally in fromnt of your family name.. Thats how I found my family name castle :)
