Who killed JFK?

Who really shot and killed President JFK ? Why?

  • The official government story has never made much sense, So what really happened? First, Kennedy's brains blew out the back of his head, meaning the fatal shot came from in front of him; anyone who has ever fired a bullet at a watermelon knows this. Second, the limo was brought to a near halt, only AFTER Kennedy received the fatal shot to the head, did the driver move the car away from the kill zone. Third, The Zapruder Film shows, secret service man, William Greer (The Limo Driver) turned around and pointed a shiny object at Kennedy, at precisely the exact instance that Kennedy took the fatal shot to the head. Forth, Jackie Kennedy, instinctively jumped out of the limo. WHY would a government agent assassinate The President of the U.S.A. and why would "our" government then cover it up by claiming Oswald was a lone gunman? How could they have kept Jackie quite, for all of the rest of her days? What are your thoughts? • Answer:

The assassination of JFK was the result of a conspiracy of powerful forces. The suspicious circumstances of the assassination have been debated greatly over time and most historians have come to the conclusion that the assassination of JFK was a conspiracy. However it is still unclear as to who is responsible for this conspiracy. Hundreds of theories have been presented including JFK being assassinated by the Russians, the US Military and Castro. There are other theories such as the “Oswald double” theory. However the most popular and tangible theories are that the CIA, FBI, organized crime or LBJ and associates were responsible for the assassination of the president. Firstly, to prove that the assassination was infact a conspiracy you must disprove the findings of the Warren Commission. Shortly after the death of JFK, the newly elected president, Lyndon Bailey Johnson, set up the Warren Commission to investigate the cause of JFK’s death. This commission aim was not to discover who killed JFK, but to prove that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin. In the words of FBI director J. Hoover – “The thing I am most concerned about is having something issued so that we can convince the public that Oswald is the real assassin”. The commission claimed that Oswald shot 3 shots from the 6th floor of the Book Depository on Dealey Plaza and killed the president. However Oswald was using a gun which was used in WWII and very inaccurate. Oswald was a mediocre shot at best and not even the best of shots could have fired the required shots from Oswald position. To explain the number of shots the commission introduced the “magic bullet theory” which is almost impossible. Many witnesses heard shots coming from the grassy knoll yet they were ignored or convinced that what they had heard were echoes. The autopsy performed on JFK was incomplete and many files were destroyed or missing. This, with the addition of other evidence proves that there was a conspiracy in JFK’s death and the assassination much have been carried out by someone with the power to cover it up. One popular theory is the “American Intelligence Plot” which involved the CIA and the FBI. The CIA in particular was greatly threatened by JFK. JFK personally blamed the disaster of the Bay of Pigs on the CIA and threatened to destroy it. He fired key CIA employees including the Director, Allan Dulles and General Charles Cabell and by refusing to provide air support in the Bay of Pigs invasion JFK created much distrust and animosity towards himself. The CIA possessed the means and the motive to assassinate JFK and implicate Lee Harvey Oswald but it is unlikely they had the power to control the cover-up which was run by the FBI. Therefore the FBI must have been involved to initiate the enormous cover-up. Lee Harvey Oswald had links to both organisations who could have framed him as the “patsy”. The “Organized Crime” or “The Mob” theory is also popular. The various “crime families” in organized crime were credited with helping JFK get elected in 1960. The Mob had lost literally millions of dollars with the invasion of Cuba by Castro. Its previous lucrative gambling, tourism and sugar businesses were cut off from the mob and with JFK’s failure to invade Cuba or overthrow Castro ill feelings were produced against the administration. Robert Kennedy, JFK’s brother, began prosecuting key organized crime activist and he targeted many major Mob figures. By 1963 it was common knowledge that the Mafia held a great grudge against the Kennedy’s. However it is unlikely that the Mob possessed the ability to frame Oswald and they did not have the power to cover up the investigation either. There was a CIA-Mafia connection that existed at the time which may have involved in the assassination and the additional cover-up. Lyndon Baines Johnson and associates had the motive, means and ability to assassinate JFK and facilitate the cover-up. This theory involves LBJ, John McCloy (a Warren Commission member), John Conally (the Governor of Texas) Richard Nixon (former Vice President whose law firm represented many military industrial complex giants) and J. Edgar Hoover, Director of the FBI, along with others. The Kennedy Presidency was costing these men millions of dollars. During his second term Kennedy was planning on removing many policies which would greatly affect the men in this group, including his removing the oil-depletion allowance, dismissing LBJ and removing troops from the Vietnam War. JFK also had introduced many policies which were unpopular with the heavily conservative members of the group. With the groups various connections LBJ and his associates had the means to both assassinate the president and to run the cover-up investigation. To insert name here: ------Oswald's Marine Rifle Scores------ Even after weeks of practice and intensive training, Oswald barely managed to qualify at the level of "Sharpshooter," the middle of three rifle qualification levels in the Marines. He obtained a score of 212, two points above the minimum for the "Sharpshooter" level. In other words, even after extensive training and practice, and even though he was firing at stationary targets with a semi-automatic rifle and had plenty of time to shoot (even during the so-called "rapid-fire" phase), Oswald narrowly missed scoring at the lowest possible qualification level. The next time Oswald fired for record in the Marines, he barely managed to qualify at all, obtaining a score of 191, which was one point above the minimum needed for the lowest qualification level, "Marksman." To put it another way, he came within two points of failing to qualify. http://karws.gso.uri.edu/JFK/the_critics/griffith/Oswald_poor_shot.html And regarding the gun. I got that information from a documentary I saw in my class. I'm sorry, I can't remember the name. I couldn't find it online so I honestly hope I'm not imagining it but even so, that rifle was unable to fire the shots the amount of time Kennedy and Connelly were shot. "Lee Harvey Oswald could not have acted alone in assassinating President John F Kennedy, according to a new study by Italian weapons experts of the type of rifle Oswald is alleged to have used in the shootings. In fresh tests of the Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action weapon, supervised by the Italian army, it was found to be impossible for even an accomplished marksman to fire the shots quickly enough." http://coalitiononpoliticalassassinations.blogspot.com/2007/08/oswald-had-no-time-to-fire-all-kennedy.html And sorry I know it's Lyndon Baines Johnson. Slip of the finger I guess. Or it escaped my mind. I'm not 100% on my US presidents. I'm Australian though. That's my excuse

a-x really needs to do some fact checking, first the gun Oswald used was not inaccurate and he was an expert marksman in the Marines so the claim that he was a mediocre shot at best is laughable. What's even more laughable is that nobody named Lyndon "Bailey" Johnson has ever been associated with JFK. Brett gave the best answer but unfortunately when this question gets asked the truthful answers never get the best answer.

Oswald brought a long object to work that morning which he told his ride were "curtains" (in a book depository?). A credible witness, who worked below Oswald, heard shells hit the floor during the shots. As the feds closed in on the building where Oswald worked, everyone was there except for one guy: Lee Harvey Oswald. He just happened to be in a movie theater and people had seen him leave the building right after Kennedy was shot. Oswald himself was an extremely unstable individual -- trained to use guns in the army, defected to the Soviet Union, begged to come back to the U.S., where he joined both pro and anti Castro groups. The most credible studies indicate that the assassination was done by a lone gunman. You have been misled by conspiracy theorists who have a great monetary interest to keep their wild and completely unproven theories alive. Why did he do it? He told his wife several times, that he wanted to change history.

For your first point, heads are not like wtaermelons. There are fundamental differences. When Kennedy's skull break off, that's the eixt wound. The bullet eners Kennnedy's head and explodes OUTWARDS. Your second point is that the limo was goping slow so Kennedy could wave to the crowds of Dallas. After the shhotings, the car sped up so Kennedy could get away. Thirdly, Greer's object could have been something to save Kennedy. And if it was a gun, Greer could have been aiming it behind Kennedy and Greer was looking for Oswald. Fourthly, if someone was shooting at you seemingly, wouldn't you run away?! Jackie later said, she was trying to get her husband's skull. Also Oswald was a sharpshooter according to the Marines. He could hit a 25cm bulleye from 200 m away 8 times out of 10 without tlewscopic aid. The rifle that Oswald used has been proven to be a good rifle/ It's extremely accurate, and can hit a moving target easily. The 6.5 mm bullet went at 600 m per second. Oswald was also mentally unstable. His extraordinary instabiulity meant he would be very weird, and was not suited to be a simple spy, let alone an assasin. Oswald had already tried to kill someone before Kennedy as well.In 1963 April, he tried to kill the US General Edwin Walker who had make an Anti-Communist speaking tour.

Actually, Jackie didn't "jump out" of the limo. She climbed onto the trunk, either to reach out to the agent behind the car, or to (some have hypothesized) retrieve a portion of JFK's skull; which would have been a instinctive reaction. And...if you think about it, if YOU had just witnessed what she had, how would you react. Conspiracy theories multiply like cockroaches, and are often just as appealing. In the end, does it really matter?

I believe the Red Dwaf team answered all those questions more factually the US government.
