Who should I start FF week one?

  • Here's my roster; QB's - Cutler, Cassel, Flaco RB's - Portis, Felix Jones, Addai, Chris Johnson, Ronnie Brown WR's - Anquan, DeSean Jackson, Vincent Jackson, Cotchery, Derrick Mason, Def - Jets or Chargers K - Folk or Lindell Thanks all...and yes I know Cassel is out of week 1.

    What are your starting roster requirements? Here's a place to start: QB- Flacco should rip up KC's secondary (because it's terrible) in week 1, and should have an easier time than Cutler going to GB. RB- Chris Johnson is an absolute start every week. If you're starting 2 RB's then... well... Portis is going to have a real tough time against the run defense of NYG... Felix Jones just can't seem to get it together this preseason (so far)... Addai could be good, but they're going to want to come out throwing week 1... so your 2nd RB to start is Ronnie Brown going up against the ATL run defense. WR's- I'm assuming 2 start (at least) Here it's Boldin and D. Jackson. If you're starting a 3rd (or a flex) it could be fun to go with the "Flacco to Mason- TOUCHDOWN" combo DEF- Both teams on the road week 1... but SD is the pick going up against the Raiders... the poor, poor, terrible Raiders... K- Doesn't matter at all... who ever you like better- I prefer Folk on the road instead of at home with that ridiculously placed scoreboard in the new Cowboys Stadium, so I pick Folk. Hope I helped!

For qb put in cutler because he has way more passing attempts that the other guys and he has the more expeirence. For running back put in portis and jhonson because they are both 1,000 yard rushers with a lot of rushing attemps. For wide reciever for sure put in boldin and then put in ethier jackson or mason. I would put in jackson because he has a good quarterback in rivers and mason only has flacco so the passese will be better to jackson. For defense u have to put in the chargers they akways win their devision so their defense must be good. And for kicker i would put in folk but ethier is good so dont worry about the kicker too much. Cutler Addai / Chris Johnson DeSean Jackson / Cotchery Chargers Folk. So you know, I came in last in my league last year. I am looking for a worst to first situation this year though.

I'd start Boldin, Vincent Jackson, Mason for WR. I'd probably start Brown and Portis for RB. Probably start Cutler, but Flacco is an option. I think Flacco is going to have a superb year this year so if you want to wait for Cutler to fall in his comfort zone then start Flacco.
