10th pick in 12 -team Fantsy football draft?

  • Who would you take with the tenth pick out of 12 teams and more importantly, who do you take on the way down (15th pick) in snake draft? thanks I have the 10th pick in a 12-team Fantasy football league. You can play 4 skill positions (1-WR3-RB; 2-WR2RB; 1WR3RB), QB, K, defense and TE. Traditional scoring. 6 points for rush/receive TD, 5 for passing.

    You can still get a lower-end top tier RB, either Rudi, Henry, parker, or Westbrook will fall to you. (LT, Jackson, LJ, Alexander, Gore, and Addai will be off the boards for sure). You must get whichever back is there - you won't get a top 10 back on the turn. In the 2nd round, you should go WR. QB is plenty deep this year, so don't even think about it. A 2nd RB is a thought but there is a severe drop off after the top 10 - only Maroney do I consider in the 2nd other than the top 10. I would go with Holt, Smith, Harrison, or Fitzgerald in that order. They are the surest to produce at a high level.

I dunno it is hard to say, Brees of Carson Palmer might be left, but I doubt it . Maybe reggie bush he had a lot of recs, maybe a philip rivers, frank gore might still be around. Frank Gore to me might be the guy. The top 3 backs are gore, LJ and LT. I think you will have a shot at one of those guys with Brady, Manning, Brees, Palmer, and LT being early picks.

If it is traditional scoring, you have to go with a RB. Willie Parker would be solid pick at 10, along with Westbrook and Rudi J. Stay away from WR. After that pick, turn around and get a solid QB, unless some RB has fallen that far, and you can steal him.

you could get a reciever early like marvin harrison or you could get lucky ,sometimes everbody picks rb's in the 1st round so you could get carson palmer or drew bress

The people you will have to decide from will most likely be Rudi Johnson, Brian Westbrook, Joe Addai, Willie Parker, Maroney and Manning. I would take Addai, Parker, Rudi Johnson, or Westbrook in that order. I would stay away from Qb's in the first round. On the way back I would target one of those backs listed above if some how they were there. Other than that I would most likely target Travis Henry. Stay away from receivers Rb's win championships.
