How to get string between two certain strings in Swift?

What string tension should I get if I've been used to Luxilon tennis strings?

• Hello! Can someone please help me? Throughout the years that I have been playing tennis, I've been using mostly Luxilon Big Banger strings because of recommendations I heard of before. I've been using tensions ranging from 57-60. However, I popped my strings recently and have been curious to try different strings. I've heard/read before in many places that you should string 10% less of what you normally play with if you are going to use Luxilon strings. So, if I've been used to using a 58 or so tension on Luxilons, does that mean I'd have to use something higher for other strings? Like 63? Also, on a similar note, Ive read that Roger Federer plays with a type of Luxilon string and strings as low as 52-55 lbs. Does that mean if he switched to a different type of less durable string, he would be using around 60? Thank you!

  To answer your Question's title, 57 pounds. If you want to try different strings that are Luxilon, I would recommend the Luxilon Adrenaline strings. Otherwise if you want a different string brand, then I don't know. Federer plays with Luxilon strings strung from as low as 50 to as high as 61 pounds. It's not "you should string 10% less" it's that after you string, the air conditioning in the building, the stringer's touch, etc. all reduce the tension by 10% (via machine) or 5% (via hand strung). Also, do not string at higher pounds for less durable strings, they will break faster that way, especially natural gut.
