how to set mobile as NFC tag?

How do you see the nfc east in 2009?

  • I ask the NFC East because it's an unpredictable division and people don't say dumb things like "Steelers vs Pats AFC Championship" because the NFC as a whole is a lot more tough and less predictable and you can't really say whom is going to the NFC Championship. I see 3 teams going to the playoffs, Either the Giants/Eagles win the division, Cowboys 2nd, Redskins 3rd. One of the teams, Giants or Eagles, have some stroke of bad luck that sets the team back. Probably most likely the Eagles, since they are the most hyped team. I see the injury prone Donovan McNabb (As you get older, you become less mobile) set back like Romo in '08 or Jim Johnson not being healthy, etc etc. The Cowboys will make a wild card. One and done probably. Redskins as 6th seed. With Jason Campbell in his contract year, and everyone counting out the Skins, they will be the biggest underdog of the 09 playoffs and will embark on a dream playoff season that will lead to a super bowl berth. Jason and the offense will excel, the defense will look better than it was during the season(granted the fact that Hanyesworth doesn't make an impact), and everyone will consider the Redskins as the next cinderella season. Campbell achieves high respect and gets the franchise tag after all the beating he took over the years of trade rumors and criticism. [Same instance could happen with the Cowboys] Anyway, I'm purposely being creative here with my predictions. How do you, creatively, think the nfc east will look like in 09?

I agree with a lot of that! I do know I think the division will be very close. Many people don't realize that 3 of the teams (everyone but the Cowboys) finished in the Top 5 NFL DEF rankings last season, and the Boyz weren't all that far behind. I don't have quite the faith in Campbell that you do, but it may not be a big issue since this division is about running and DEF. Even Romo's been told to expect more emphasis on the ground - this division is lightweight at WR! I'm guessing Giants win, Skins second, and Cowboys/Eagles at the bottom. However, this is make or break year for the Eagles and their team MVP is Westbrook. If he can stay healthy, it could turn the whole division upside down. It's parity at it finest (or worse as some would say)>

E-A-G-L-E-S!!!! I see da Eagles going 6-0 against the division. The boys suck and the giants choke! The Redskins have always sucked anyway. E-A-G-L-E-S!!! 1. Eagles 13-3 2. Giants 9-7 3. Cowgirls 8-8 4. Redskins 4-12

I think both of the NFC's wild cards will come out of the East. Here's my standings: 1. Eagles 11-5 2. Cowboys- 10-6 3. Giants - 10-6 4. Redskins - 8-8 The Redskins could be a playoff team; but the fact they have six games against the other three East teams will hurt their record. The Eagles and Giants are loaded; and the Cowboys are distraction-free. Put Washington in the NFC West; and they'd win that division. I'm not hating on the Skins just because I'm a Dallas fan. I just think these four teams are just going to beat up on each other.

1st Giants 11-5 2nd Redskins 10-6 3rd Cowboys 9-7 4th Eagles 8-8 Eagles lost way to many key players. Redskins have made plenty of key additions, and Cowboys should do decent with Owens

Gene (Mavs for life!!!)

1. Eagles 2. Giants 3. Cowboys 4. Redskins

I see the Eagles and Giants duking it out and the Eagles will Win the East because they have a better pass D then the Giants pass O, because they cant run the entire game because Jacobs will get pooped and run out of gas from all the yards and hits. Giants will make the wild card but it will come down to the end.

PATRIOTS 1-0 OH YEAH

1)PHI-13-3(Super Bowl Champs) 2)NYG 10-5 (Divisional Playoff Loss) 3)DAL 8-8 (Fails to qualify for the playoffs) 4)WAS 2-14 (1st pick in the 2010 draft)

It will come down to the Eagles and Giants. Cowboys are a joke and prove it every year (have not won a playoff game since 1996 and should we even mention the beating they got from the Eagles last year?) Redskins are never really a player either. I could see both the Eagles and Giants in the playoffs. Giants do not want home field advantage. Giants stadium is so windy in January and Eli does not have the arm to throw in it. Proved it last year against the Eagles. His arm is a joke. Giants went to the Super Bowl by winning on the road that year in the playoffs. Eagles take it.
