What would be your Pacific Nation team?

What NFL team(s) do you think have the LEAST amount of fans around the nation?

I'm talking about around the Nation, not in the home town. I know the obvious answer is The Lions... but who else? Maybe Oakland? Jacksonville? Cincinatti? What do you guys think? and give reasons
