  I love baseball for so many reasons! First of all, it is SUCH an amazing combination of a team and individual sport. Each man has their role, their position, and they have to succeed individually at the plate, but if they aren't working together on defense, pitching calls, baserunning, and hitting at the same time - nothing works. it all falls through. I absolutely love that. Also, I just love the precision in it. Whether you're on the mound or at the plate, you need to be so precise. If you're swinging, half a second could be the difference between a homerun and a foul ball. and on the mound, just a little low or high could be the difference between a hit and an out. And in the field! In the field you need to know where the balls going and where to find it, where it has to go [double plays, etc] and get it done in a split second. All of it's just amazing to me And about sports, the competition! Seriously, what else? I love watching these athletes put their heart and soul into the competition. And there is no better feeling than when you're team is doing well, [coming from a diehard phillies and eagle fan :)] hahaha
