How to get music in school?

My son used mineral oil from the music room to vandalize his school. It is all over. How do you get it?

  • I need to know what will remove mineral oil from cement and carpeting. We may be looking at thousands in damage if the school cannot find a way of removing the stains. Please if anyone knows of a product or something to remove it, let me know immediately. Sincerley,

    Bleach will break down many organics. I dont have a son to spill mineral oil everywhere but i assume it will work:D Umm... just use the bleach on the concrete. The rugs hmmm... use dish detergant 50/50 mixed with water. place onto the affected area and scrub lighty. allow the froth to sit on the carpet for 15-20 minutes. then use a cloth to pat up the oil. dont smudge it around. repeat until you are satisfied.

Detergent with water will emulsify the oil and wash it away. It wouldn't hurt to have the kid scrub the spots on his hands and knees.

Do not allow spill to enter sewers or watercourses. Remove all sources of ignition. Absorb with appropriate inert material such as sand, clay, etc.. Large spills may be picked up using vacumn pumps, shovels, buckets, or other means and placed in drums or other suitable containers.
